EXPANDED MEMORY TROUBLESHOOTING
1.  Check and write down the release date of WP (F3).
2.  Read the appropriate sections in the manual and workbook. 
3.  Use startup options.  Try /32--if it solves the problem, /32 is a
    permanent fix.  If it does not solve the problem try /ne. If this fixes
    the problem contact the expanded memory manager manufacturer.
4.  Run vanilla (no other programs loaded or running resident in memory).
5.  Check the total memory available and how it is configured.
6.  Check for conflicts between network addresses, the page frame, and the
    display memory. 
7.  While in WP, shell out, run WPINFO.  Save the information from WPINFO and
    send in with your problem report.

REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR REPORTING A PROBLEM
1.  Version and release date of WP (press F3 at WP document screen).
2.  Printer driver date and definition used (press Shift-F7, S, H).
3.  A complete description of the problem and keystrokes to duplicate the
    problem.  Include results of all troubleshooting steps.  Include any
    situations where the problem does not occur or "work arounds" that
    eliminate the problem.
4.  Hardware information including computer brand/model, base memory,
    expanded memory, graphics card and monitor type/model, math co-processor,
    type of keyboard.
5.  Version and type of DOS.
6.  Exact contents of your AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files.
7.  Hard disk size and capacity.
8.  Name, version, and manufacturer of the Expanded Memory Manager.
9.  List all TSR's (terminate stay resident programs).
10. Has the problem always occured?

MATERIALS TO BE SENT IN (UPLOADED) WITH A PROBLEM REPORT
1.  A document file that duplicate the problem (if applicable).
2.  Include copies of your AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files.
3.  Please include your full name, address, phone number, WordPerfect
    license number, and size of diskettes your computer needs (3" or 5").
    You may send this information privately in a Comment to Sysop (use the
    "C" command on the BBS) or in an uploaded README file.
4.  NOTE--PLEASE READ:  Make sure you zip (compress) all requested files
    into one .ZIP file before upload to facilitate processing.  This will
    also ensure file integrity as well as decrease uploading time.  For

INTERNATIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING

This section should help with troubleshooting dealing with the optional 
language modules for WordPerfect, and for non-English versions of the program.

1.  Check the release date of WP (F3).
2.  Read the appropriate sections in the manual and workbook.
3.  Exit WP, come back in and try again.
4.  Run vanilla (no other programs or device drivers loading into memory).
5.  Check Location of Files in Setup to make sure the directories are correct.
6.  Check text screen type and graphics screen type in Setup (Shift-F1, 2).

THIRD PARTY PRODUCT(S) TROUBLESHOOTING

    files), then load the third party program from the DOS prompt.  Does the
    problem still occur?
3.  Exit WP, come back in and try again.  Use appropriate WP startup options
    listed in the Manual.
4.  Try to duplicate the problem from a clear screen.  
5.  Does it happen consistently? 
6.  See if the problem occurs when using a different computer.
7.  Have you checked with the manufacturer of the third party product
    to see if you are using their current release date?
8.  Has the third party manufacturer tested their product with WP?
