TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Check WP51 General Troubleshooting, and then check the following:
2. Verify Rights in WP program directory - must have Read, Open,
    and Search Rights.
3. Make sure the files are flagged or attributed correctly.
4. Check for a correct .ENV file - see Network Installation Guide, under
    "Environment".
     a. If the .ENV file is correct, verify that all .SET files
are in the directory specified in the .ENV file.
     b. Are there other .SET files on the network? Where?
5. Try logging in as another user.
6. Try using another workstation.
7. Try to duplicate the problem from a blank WP document screen.
8. Try duplicating the problem on a stand-alone machine.
9. Check for memory conflicts between the network card and expanded memory,
     device drivers, or ega/vga cards.
10. Unload any unnecessary TSR's (terminate and stay resident programs),
except network drivers and try again.
11. Make sure the network selected in the WP Help screen (F3) is the
same network that is being used.
12. If you have a network printing problem, see below:
     a. Do you have read/write rights in the WordPerfect default directory
to create the temporary print file?
     b. Does the physical printer port match the port you named in WP?
     c. Are you printing through a spooler of any type? Try printing
         without it.
     d. Have you selected your printer as a network printer?
     e. Does the network itself direct to the port you selected in WP (for
         example, a capture command)?
     f. Have you checked the Print: Control Printer (Shift-F7,4) for
         error messages when printing?
     g. Novell specific--WordPerfect prints best on Novell NetWare by
printing directly to the print queue name rather than using the
         capture command.
     h. Does it do the same thing if running the program stand alone?
     i. Do you have read/write access to the particular WP printer .PRS
file in order to access soft fonts or define new forms?
