Addendum/Correction to file SUPRAFIX.TXT

RE: "Fax Communications Error - 102" fax problems with
      Supra V.32bis Fax/Modems

If the fixes outlined in file SUPRAFIX.TXT did not correct your fax
problems ("Fax Communications Error - 102"), Terri Isom of Supra
Technical Support offers the following:

       ***********************************************************
WINFAX USERS
------------
The earlier file SUPRAFIX.TXT mention some lines to
add to the [386Enh] section of your WIN.INI file.

NOTE: These changes should be made to your
SYSTEM.INI file, *not* WIN.INI. If you
have a 386SX or better, your SYSTEM.INI file
should already contain a [386Enh] section.

       ***********************************************************

ALL USERS
---------
Use the following initialization string in your
        fax software:
                        AT&F&C1&D2

If this doesn't help:

Reinstall WinFax with the modem turned OFF.
This should allow you to configure your fax
software for Class 1 operation during the install.

***** Supra is aware of compaitbility problems with
certain Class 2 fax operations in the Rev. H
ROM firmware. They are working on this problem.

(If you are experiencing any problems I would
suggest contacting Supra Tech Support and
informing them in an effort to expedite a
correction for this problem. They seem to be
responsive to faxes which can be done quickly
                 at times of low rates.)

If the software supplied with your modem does NOT allow
you to configure for Class 1 operation while reinstalling
with the modem turned off, contact Supra Tech Support.
