                           - NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT -
                                  - FOR LAWYERS -
                                       -oOo-

Legal contracts have unique elements, some of which are
already partially addressed by clX, but many more of which can
now be handled by a new program:

                      the Contract Cross Referencer, ("cX").
                      =====================================

The new program, cX, produces three cross reference reports:
one for definitions, one for clauses and one for annexures or
attachments to contracts. cX offers all the facilities of
clX, plus the ability to cross reference contract definitions,
and contract annexures, exhibits or attachments. As an
example of definitions cross referencing, every time the
definition below is referred to in a document:

"Subsidiary" has the meaning ascribed to it in the Smith-
Brown Bill, 1993, and includes any Subsidiary formed or
acquired after the date of this agreement

the paragraphs where "Subsidiary" or "Subsidiaries" are used
will be reported. This includes other definitions which might
refer to Subsidiary, as well as ordinary paragraphs.

You can't do this quite so conveniently with a global search.
And if you wanted to find all the references to ten different
definitions, you would have to enter ten different searches.
cX finds them all at once, in a single conveniently laid out
          report.

cX will not be distributed as shareware. It is available for
a license fee based on $US220 per user, by ordering from:

                                 Andrew McBurnie,

Send a cheque with your order, made out to "Generic Software
Pty Ltd", for the number of users for which you wish to
purchase a cX license. Indicate which DOS version of
Microsoft Word you are using. Even if you are using Microsoft
Word for Windows, you can still run cX, though as a DOS only
          application.

With your order, you will receive a cX program disk, a copy of
