ESOFT ANNOUNCES ENHANCED CHAT FACILITIES FOR ITS TBBS SOFTWARE

Aurora, CO, March 15, 1994 - eSoft announced today that it is now
shipping UltraChat, a new product designed to provide enhanced chat
facilities for its TBBS bulletin board software.

Widespread interest among the public in social chat BBSs has led to
rapid growth in bulletin boards offering such services. Even the mass
media, from People magazine to The Wall Street Journal to ABC News are
covering this new social phenomenon with startling regularity. With its
release of UltraChat, eSoft is making available an unprecedented level
of chat flexibility and power for BBS system operators (sysops) to offer
their customers.

Consistent with the design philosophy of its host TBBS bulletin board
software, UltraChat is completely configurable. The product can emulate
the chat facilities of other popular chat-specific BBS products, and
sysops are free to make any changes they wish - including an ability to
design entirely new chat systems with unique feature sets.

UltraChat also offers linking capabilities, allowing a BBS to connect
its chat facilities to those of another BBS. When linked, users of
either BBS can communicate with users on the other system. Multiple
system links are also supported.

Sysops who have converted to TBBS and UltraChat from other BBS products
have realized significant benefits from the switch. "I don't know what
our membership might have grown to without UltraChat," says Barbara
Mallut, sysop of Blazin' Bytes BBS in Los Angeles, "but with it, our
daily logons have more than tripled, and so has membership."

John Ellsworth, sysop of the Lower Lights BBS in Salt Lake City, echoes
the feeling. "In just a few weeks, I have come to love the TBBS system
that we have built." The increase in call volume after the switch from
DLX to TBBS and UltraChat has caused Ellsworth to expand the system's
line count from 32 to 42 lines, with plans to move to 50 lines. "I am
amazed at how far we have come so quickly."

eSoft is offering special competitive upgrade product bundles to sysops
who currently run other BBS software. Owners of existing DLX, Oracomm,
Major BBS, or other chat systems can move to a complete TBBS system for
as little as $1,495. The bundle includes TBBS, TDBS (a database and
third-party program support option), SYSOM (a sysop utility), and
UltraChat.

Depending on the line capacity needed, the competitive upgrade bundles
represent savings of up to $1,389 over regular pricing. "Our goal is to
make it economical for a sysop to move to the power and flexibility of a
TBBS system with UltraChat," said Alan Bryant, eSoft's Director of
Marketing. "And by making the move, a sysop can offer more features,
better performance and greater reliability than they've been able to
offer before."

Competitive upgrade bundle pricing is as follows:

                16-Line Package $1,495.00 ($689.95 Savings)
		32-Line Package	$2,495.00	($1,089.95 Savings)
		64-Line Package	$3,295.00	($1,389.95 Savings)

eSoft is the oldest producer of commercial BBS software. Its TBBS
product runs up to 64 high speed lines on a single DOS-based PC without
the need for LANs or multitaskers. TBBS has been available for over 12
years, and currently has a 25% share of the BBS software market.
