A Facelift for the eSoft Support BBS

It was inevitable.  The Support Board has remained essentially unchanged 
through many revisions of the TBBS software and the addition of numerous 
TBBS add-on products.  Some changes in the system's menu structure and 
presentation were long overdue.

Each individual product support area is still separated, but now those areas
have been moved down one level from the Main Menu, and are accessed from a 
single <P>roduct Support Areas option.

The Product Support Menu is now also the place to upload files directly to 
Technical Support (using the <U>pload to Tech Support option).  This is 
where you can upload files and any information that might aid us in 
diagnosing reported problems, or helping you with your support questions.  
Uploads here can only be seen by the eSoft technical support staff.

Each specific product support area also offers options to download Field 
Modifications, Technical Help Notes and Files of Interest.

The Main Menu's <M>ODS For eSoft Products selection allows you to access all 
of the released product Field Mods from a single menu selection.

If you've read the manual carefully and can't find your question already 
answered on the eSoft Support Board, you can also still ask technical 
support a question on any of the eSoft Support Board's message areas.
Leave your technical questions in public messages if you'd also like added
input from other Support Board callers, or leave them in <E>-Mail if you
have questions that are more private in nature.

Give the eSoft Support Board a call.  In addition to round-the-clock 
support, information and news, the  Support Board is where you'll meet other 
TBBS users and exchange tips to get the most out of your system.
