Getting Started With Your NQF Diskette

The NQF query file is in standard ASCII text and can be read
by using TextView, QueryScan or virtually any commercial word
         processor.

To read an NQF file with TextView, simply select the
appropriate listing from the Contents window. You can also
include a filename at the DOS prompt [VIEW filename]. You
can search the file by selecting the search / next match
         options from the menu.

To read the NQF query file found on this disk using
QueryScan, type the letter Q at the DOS prompt and press
ENTER. QueryScan treats the file as a database and employs
many database-like features. When using QueryScan for the
first time, read the documentation, accessed from the menu
bar at the top of the screen.

Although NQF query files are in ASCII format, QueryScan is
not designed to read other files and may not work properly
         with them.
