       {A2Mbps and E2Mbps MC Adapters}

       {Standard Bus and Micro Channel}

       LANtastic A2Mbps and E2Mbps MC adapters are the perfect way to
       economically network small or medium-sized businesses with IBM PC
       or Micro Channel compatible computers.

       Both Micro Channel Architecture and Industry Standard Architecture
       (ISA) adapters include a 10Mhz coprocessor, and 32K of on-board
       dual-ported RAM. Each 2Mbps adapter also includes software-
       selectable IRQ and RAMBASE address settings.

       Artisoft's implementation of the NetBIOS standard is loaded into
       and executed within the adapter. This plunges the NetBIOS draw on
       a PC's base RAM down to just 2K and off-loads network processing
       onto the adapter. The cards are easy to install and use
       inexpensive dual-twisted pair cable.

       LANtastic A2Mbps and E2Mbps MC adapters drive cable lengths of up
       to 1500 feet per network with Artisoft cable, up to 300 feet with
       AT&T telephone-grade cable, and will handle 32 nodes per segment.
