V1.40 -
 - Added Multi-BBS functionality so Grafitti can be echoed.

V1.31 - Bug fix release
 - Upgraded the OpenScr.EXE to work properly with the new version.
 - Corrrected a bug that was causing crashes on new installs until at least 2
   messages had been entered.
 - Fixed Forward and backward page display problems.

V1.30 -
 - Grafitti can be up to 20 lines long now.
 - There are now 5 Sysop definable access levels so you can give prefered
   users more lines of grafitti.
