      This command is a global version of the regular (N)ew File Scan. It
      will scan multiple conferences with one command.

   Subcommands (specific to the "global" version)
@X02
      @X0BVER @X03Displays version and registration information

      @X0BNS @X03Doesn't pause at the end of a conference scan
                      in order to allow flagging of files and also sends an
                      'ns' parameter to PCBoard itself when issuing the new
                      scan.

      @X0BP @X03Pauses before each conference is scanned, asking the
                      user whether or not to scan the conference. The
                      prompt the user is given can accept the following:

                      (Y)es, scan this conference.
                      (N)o, do not scan this conference.
                      (A)bort all further conference scanning.

      @X0BNP @X03Specifies the exact opposite of the 'P' subcommand.

      @X0BDP @X03Pauses in each conference asking for a new date to scan
                      the conference with.

      @X0BNDP @X03Specifies the exact opposite of the 'DP' subcommand.

      @X0BSTP @X03Pauses in each conference asking for which directories
                      to scan in the conference.

      @X0BNSTP @X03Specifies the exact opposite of the 'STP' subcommand.
@X0F
   Description (specific to the "global" version)
@X03
      As systems need to further organize their file areas, many are turning
      to multiple conferences. It becomes quite cumbersome to manually
      join a conference, do a new scan, then join another conference, do
      a new scan, etc. This command will do this automatically for you.
@X0F
   Examples (specific to the "global" version)
@X03
      One of the more common global new scans would be one that doesn't prompt
      you in each conference if you wish to scan the conference or not. To
      perform this type of new scan, you would enter the following command:
@X0E
          NG;NP
@XFF
      If you wanted to make the global new scan behave exactly like if you
      manually did a new scan in each conference, which includes asking you
      for a date and directories to scan, you would enter the following
      command:
@X0E
          NG;DP;STP;NP
@XFF
      If you wanted to do the exact same thing as the previous example except
      have the global new scan ask you if you wanted to scan the conference,
      you would enter the following command:
@X0E
          NG;DP;STP;P
@XFF
@X0F
   Subcommands (exact copy of the "regular" version)
@X02
      @X0B[date] @X03This represents the date from which PCBoard begins a
                      search for all new files. All files found are
                      displayed.

                      NOTE: If you pass the date on the command line (e.g.,
                      N;030394;A) and you want to specify only the files
                      since your last scan then you would enter an S instead
                      of an actual date.

      @X0B[directory #] @X03When using this command, you must specify a directory
                      or range of directories that PCBoard should search for
                      the desired file(s). You may list a single directory,
                      a range of directories in the format [#-#] or a list of
                      directories in a [#;#;#] format. There are two letters
                      you may use as a directory number. If you use A for
                      the directory number, it tells PCBoard to search all
                      file directories in the current conference. Likewise,
                      if you use U for the directory number, the upload
                      directory of the current conference will be searched.

      @X0BD @X03All files found are queued for later download during
                      your call. To download the files that have been
                      queued, execute a download using either the D or DB
                      commands.

      @X0BS @X03PCBoard scans for files added since the date of the
                      most recent files the caller has been shown. PCBoard
                      keeps track of the most recent valid file date that you
                      have seen in the file directories. For example, if you
                      were to do a new scan searching all file directories on
                      12-24-94, but the latest file date that was displayed
                      was 12-21-94, PCBoard will remember that the latest
                      date you have seen is 12-21-94.

      @X0BNS @X03Files are displayed in nonstop Mode (no More? prompts
                      are displayed).
@X0F
   Description (exact copy of the "regular" version)
@X03
      A system commonly has hundreds or thousands of files online. Rather
      than viewing each of these directories and attempting to pick out the
      new files, use this command to limit the files that are displayed by
      date. Using the subcommands you will have control over the date to
      begin the search and the directory or directories that you would like
      to search for new files.
@X0F
    Examples (exact copy of the "regular" version)
@X03
      One of the most common searches is to find new files in all directories
      of the current conference. To perform this search, you would type the
      following at a conference command prompt:
@X0E
          N;S;A
@X03
      If you wanted to only scan the upload directory for files that have a
      date which is equal to or greater than 07-19-93, type the following at
      a conference command prompt:
@X0E
          N;071993;U
@X03
      A more complex search may specify only a few of the available file
      directories in the conference. As an example, if you want to scan for
      new files since 05-22-94 in directories 1-4, 15, and 20-25, type the
      following at the conference command prompt:
@X0E
          N;052294;1-4;15;20;25
@XFF
