New User Notification PPE history File

New in version 1.5

No new features, minor code tweaking.

This PPE is now a part of the Intelec Software Extra's Collection.
It is still freeware, but will be distributed alongside the
popular Intelec Software Powerpak Suite. By combining these powerful
collections of Shareware and Freeware, you can find many just about
anything you'll need to make your BBS the best around!

I still retain the copyright and will continue to upgrade it as needed
    with new enhancements.

Fixed - For the "Update Mail Waiting Flags (Yes/No)" prompt, I was stuffing
a "Y"+cr. For Languages where the Yes character wasn't "Y" this
         may have caused problems. Fixed.

Updated- The Docs didn't specify that in the CFG file for an alternate
language, you needed to use that Language's Yes/No characters.

-----
 1.3
-----

Added - Multiple Configuration files. This will allow you to use different
configurations for different languages. The PPE will default to
NOTICE.CFG, but if you give the base name of an alternate CFG file,
the PPE will use that instead (or the default if it's missing).
         For Example:
         NOTICE.PPE would use NOTICE.CFG
         NOTICE.PPE ENGLSH would use ENGLSH.CFG
         NOTICE.PPE FRENCH would use FRENCH.CFG
         NOTICE.PPE PORT would use PORT.CFG

All the files must be in the PPE directory, but each config file
can have different settings, message files, etc...

-----
 1.2
-----

Added - Can now send a separate message to the new user as well.

Added - You can turn off the sending of either message in the config
         file.

NOTE: The CFG file has expanded due to the above addition. Please see the
docs for the additional lines you will need to add, or use the enclosed
CFG file and edit it accordingly.

Recompiled with PPLC 3.20, Requires PCBoard 15.22+

Recompiling has added two more #-codes, #ALIAS# and #DATE#. The code library
that contained the replacement function had been updated with the new
variables and recompiling with it enabled the new codes in this PPE
        as well.
