History File for King of the Pyramid

1.2

Cosmetic update. The USERNET.XXX file will now be updated
to show when a user is in the PPE, and restored when they
    leave.

    No other changes.

1.1

Fixed a bug which only showed up if users had 3 or
more tries per day. The masked answer which showed
which letters they had correct would only show
the result of the last guess. All previous ones
would get covered up if they didn't type in the
   correct letters again.

Fixed Automate tournament resetting so it doesn't
reset every time a user enters.

Fixed display of number of turns left.

1.0e

    Added AUTOMATIC TOURNAMENT RESETTING.
A new line has been added to the config file. This entry
is the number of days per tournament (0 = disable)
When the first person enters the ppe on the day the
game is to be reset, the ppe will automatically reset
for a new tournament (by calling the KOTPCFG.PPE with the
    "R" parameter).
The date of the next reset is kept in the file ENDDATE.TRN
in the PPE directory, and it will automatically be updated
    at each reset.

Updated the KOTPCFG.PPE so that it asks for ALL the information
when it is creating the CNF file.

Changed the timed delay between answer attempts to a WAIT
    (Press any Key to Continue).

Added a display of the number of attempts left and minutes
allowed per attempt before the question is displayed.
The line can be changed via the PROMPTS file (As can all
    the prompts).

Added a bit more error checking code to make SURE a true
database error has occured before exiting. If it's just a
missing index file, the PPE will try to re-create it before
aborting. Also added the same code to the KOTPCFG.PPE...

1.0d

Added error checking code to the database opening. PPE will
display error and terminate if there is a problem. This will
also be put in the caller log, and will indicate which
file (DBF, or which index) was unable to be opened.
Problem seems to have disappeared though...
