First off, you need a directory to put the main program files in.
Pgram.wcx and pgram.cfg need to be in this directory.

Then you'll need a separate directory to put your PictureGrams and
piclist.bbs file in. Unzip the enclosed pgrams.zip file into the
PictureGrams directory. You can change your PictureGrams menu by
changing the piclist.bbs file with wcDRAW. You can have as many
as 99 PictureGrams on your menu selection once the program is
registered. Until it is registered the user will only be able to
send the first two selections from the menu.

Now to run the program. There are 2 choices you can make. Add
the program as a separate menu choice, or replace your existing
page command with PictureGram. There are advantages and
disadvantages to both.

- Under MakeMenu, you can only restrict entire security profiles
from the page command. By registering and using the PictureGram
program, you can also exclude individual user names from accessing
the page command.

- Under the PictureGram program, a user cannot enter their own page
message, but must send only pre-written pages.

To change your existing page command to PictureGram, open Makemenu,
select the language and menu you currently have your page command on.
Select the page command, and change the page command type to:
Run wcCODE Program, then set the Parameters to the PictureGram path
and wcx filename. That's it. Save it.

To add the PictureGram to any menu (or all of them for that matter!<G>),
open Makemenu, select the menu, hit insert to add a command, select
the command key to call the PictureGram program, enter a description,
select the command: Run wcCODE Program, then select the path and
filename to the the pgram.wcx file. Use wcDRAW to add the command to
your menu.

Now open the pgram.cfg file with a text editor. Instructions for each
of the 4 lines is in the example cfg file provided.

PictureGrams is now installed and operational. Once you have
registered the program, modify the nopic.dat file to include any
security profile or user name you wish to restrict from using the
program. One name or security profile per line. Standard ASCII text
editor. Do not use a word processor. The names and security profiles
MUST be EXACTLY as entered in Wildcat! or Makewild respectively in
order for the restriction to work.
