PictureGrams are anything you want them to be. A message only,
or a graphical page. You can run up to 99 PictureGrams on any
system once it is registered. You are restricted to two until
registration.

The limits to the PictureGrams are really simple. They MUST NOT
exceed 80 columns. That includes any Wildcat! color codes you add
in wcDRAW. Any characters over 80 column width will be cut off.
You should limit line length to about 20 lines max.

You can use just about any ANSI art. As long as it falls inside
the above parameters. If you use The Draw or another ANSI drawing
utility, you will really want to save it in WC! @-codes. ANSI
codes are much too long.

Remember this when using ANSI art. COPYRIGHTS exist on this art
as they do on other things. Make sure you get the original
artists' permission to use their art before you make a PictureGram
out of it. Give your artists credit. Leave their initials on your
PictureGrams. NEVER use art from someone that doesn't want it
reproduced. Never alter someone elses' art without their permission.
If you are going to use your own PictureGrams made from famous
quotes, give proper credit to the person who originated it. All
this might save you legal hassles later.<G>

Pictures must be named pic##.bbs where # is the selection number
assigned to that PictureGram in piclist.bbs. Registered versions
may use up to 99 PictureGrams. The picture file for selection
number 99 you have added to your piclist.bbs menu would have a
filename of pic99.bbs. This file must be placed in the directory
you put in your pgram.cfg file on line 4.
