Thanks for the welcome aboard. I am not really fond of curry or chutney of
Indian cooking. But a friend asked me if I liked curry and I told them no but
if they would be interested I would send them a recipe from my files. Here's
one if you like it.

Title: Chicken Curry
Keywords: Poultry

Yield: 6 Servings

3 two pound chickens, cut up 4 medium apples pared and chopped
1 cup oil 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup finely chopped celery 2 teaspoons salt
1 cup finely chopped onion Freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons curry powder

Saute chickens in oil for ten minutes or until browned. Remove
chickens and keep hot. Add celery and onions to oil remaining in
skillet and saute for five minutes. Add all other ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add chickens and 2 cups of coiling
water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Turkey, duck or capon can be substituted for chicken but may take
longer to cook. If leftover chicken is used, prepare the sauce
separately and add the chicken l5 minutes before serving. Voila,
J'espere que vous avez bon appetit.

If you can find me a good chicken breast recipe I would love a new one. I have
made
chicken Pariseanne, with walnuts, with cherries, plain fried, with mushroom
sauce. Give me a good new one. Thanks.

Example of message after first edit just before conversion

Initially the cursor was placed on the line of the title line. The line
did not have to be modified any way. The alt-I and then letter H for headers
was typed. This caused the Qbook header line (-Begin Recipe Export-)
then placed the Title: recipe title, asked for key words; and placed a
Yield/Servings line 2 lines below the Keywords:. At the end of the recipe
the ALT-I then (F)ooter was typed to put a footer with the submitted by
lines which had taken the information from the message header to say
who the poster was.

ALSO Note that the ingredients section has some edited changes which
are the number one (1) replaces the letter (l) for quantity and the number
(1) also replaces the (i) in (i/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper). Also the copy
has been edited with regards to the medium - sized apples. to say only
medium apples. (Ya should choose to handle the appled your way -chuckle).

The F9 conversion will take care of the double column ingredients in
this recipe as theyre properly spaced and columnized.

NOTE: IF SOMETHING SCRAMBLES ON THE CONVERSION YOU SHOULD ALWAYS
BE ABLE TO USE ALT-R to recall the ORIGINAL MESSAGE or the
Qbook recipe (Message with) if there was a conversion attempt.
         (Not the edited version).

Once the F9 key has been depressed the following examples are the
conversion outputs of the editor on a save. See E-14 & E-15
