    E-6 The original others (This one was a mastercook II to OTHERS)

Posh Squash
CAT: Vegetables
Yield: 1

   2      Lb            Yellow Squash
   2                    Eggs -- beaten
     1/4  C             Bell Pepper -- finely chopped
     1/4  C             Onion -- finely chopped
   1      C             Mayonnaise
   1      C             Parmesan Cheese
                        Salt And Pepper -- to taste
                        Buttered Bread Crumbs

   Cook squash, drain. Combine other ingredients in a bowl. Add
squash.  Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with crumbs. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 mins.

Note: This can be frozen, but defrost thoroughly before cooking.

converted 1st to the OTHERS format then to Qbook importable format
then use F9 to convert after needed editing to the MM 7.0 and up formats.
