Additional Help File Instructions

If you are using Windows NT 3.5, you must upgrade to Windows NT 3.51 to use this help file.

If you are using Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups 3.1x, you must download the AppNote PW1118.EXE and install it before attempting to use this help file. 

Instructions for obtaining PW1118.EXE are included later in this document. 

USING <TITLE>.EXE
-----------------

If you are using Windows 95, double-click <TITLE>.EXE to uncompress (extract) it. When uncompressed, this file creates the following files

   <TITLE>.HLP  The Help file
   <TITLE>.CNT  The Contents tab for the Help file
   README.TXT    This file

The .CNT file is used by the help file to create the Contents tab. The Contents tab, the Index tab, and the Find tab are used to navigate in the help file.

If the .CNT file is not in the same directory as the .HLP file, the Contents tab cannot be built. If you move the .HLP file please move the .CNT file along with it.  

TO OBTAIN PW1118.EXE
---------------------

You can obtain PW1118.EXE from the following sources.

 - The Microsoft Network
      On the Edit menu, click Go To, and then click Other Location
      Type mssupport
      Double-click the MS Software Library icon
      Find the appropriate product area
      Download PW1118.EXE

 - CompuServe
      GO MSL
      Search for PW1118.EXE 
      Display results and download

 - Microsoft Download Service (MSDL)
      Dial (206) 936-6735 to connect to MSDL
      Download PW1118.EXE 

 - Internet (anonymous FTP)
      ftp ftp.microsoft.com
      Change to the \SOFTLIB\MSLFILES directory
      Get PW1118.EXE
