*			    100 BUSINESS LETTERS			 *
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a short course on how to use these letters. The letters can be loaded
into your word processor when it asks for a file. In using PC-WRITE the first
screen will give an opportunity to load a file. This file maybe another letter
that you have worked on, or if there is no response then it is assumed that
this is to be a new file.

To bring in on of these files you will simply type in the name of the file
you wish to work with from this disk. Of course you will not need to list an
extension since these files have none. This works the same way with other
word processors. All will give you a chance to load in a file for editing.

The only restriction is the word processor must use ASCII files. The Word Star
word processor cannot use the files on this disk as it does not use ASCII code
to record it's files to disk.

Word Processors that will use this are: IBM WRITING ASSISTANT, NEW YORK WORD,
PC-WRITE, PC-TYPE, FREEWORD, and all ASCII word processors.
