SBKEdit Version 1.0

Well here it is - Version 1.0 of the Sound Blaster/Adlib Timbre
Editor. I thought it would take about 2 weeks of solid work, but
it's taken a month (Isn't that always the way with software?).

Because it's taken so long, I've left out some of the features
that I had originally planned - they'll be added in the next
release. Here it what it DOES support:

  * Multiple Open IBK Files.
  * Creation of new IBK files.
  * Copying of Timbres between IBK files.
  * Editing of Individual Timbres.
  * "Spin" edit controls using a Mouse or +- keys
  * Auditioning of tones.
  * Renaming of Timbres.
  * 43/50 Line Screen option (EGA/VGA required).
  * CUA compliant Text Mode Windows (Using Turbo Vision).
  * Compatible with Cakewalk FM Card file formats (IBK files)

This first version is free: the only request I have is that you
provide me some feedback on what you like or dislike about the
program and what you would like to see incorporated.
