Delrina FormFlow Wins Federal Computer Week's 'Government Best Buys' for
Electronic Forms

WASHINGTON, DC and TORONTO, ONT -- March 31, 1995 -- Delrina Corporation
(NASDAQ:DENAF, TSE:DC), the world leader in electronic forms processing,
today announced that FormFlow received the "Government Best Buys" award
for electronic forms software in the March 21, 1995 issue of Federal
Computer Week. This issue was distributed last week at FOSE, the largest
computer trade show for the US federal government.

The reviewer recommended Delrina FormFlow over JetForm, Lotus Forms, and
Novell InForms based on the following criteria: installation time, form
creation time, platform compatibility, ease of use, and the e-mail,
network tracking and routing features. For example, the reviewer was able
to design a well-organized and usable department budget form from the
FormFlow tutorial in just over two hours. Additional factors contributing
to the selection of Delrina FormFlow include superior documentation and
more effective support for both novice and experienced users.

Federal Computer Week (FCW) serves information technology (IT) decision
makers in government and the companies that sell to them. Federal Computer
Week concentrates exclusively on computer-related issues in the federal
government.

A broad range of US Department of Defense and Federal Civilian agencies
have purchased and are currently implementing Delrina products in an
effort to reduce paperwork, improve productivity and communications, and
streamline business processes. Organizations such as the Federal Aviation
Administration, Army Medical Command, Air National Guard, Immigration and
Naturalization Service, and General Services Administration - Public
Buildings Service Division are using Delrina's popular FormFlow 1.1
electronic forms routing software and WinFax Pro 4.0 communications
software to reduce the amount of time and money spent processing forms and
other documentation.

Additional US agencies are using Delrina FormFlow 1.1 to manage projects of
national importance while many others are upgrading their programs from
Delrina's previous generation electronic forms products to FormFlow 1.1.
These include the Department of Energy, United States Air Force, Army
Personnel Command, and Army Corps of Engineers.

About Delrina FormFlow

Delrina FormFlow allows government and corporate customers to leverage
their existing technology investments in the automation of business
processes. With FormFlow 1.1, users with little or no programming
experience can quickly create sophisticated forms applications with
conditional routing and deploy them across their organization using their
e-mail systems. The result is automation of business processes that takes
weeks, not months. Delrina FormFlow allows Windows, DOS, and UNIX
hardware; the most popular e-mail systems; the most popular desktop/SQL
databases; and enterprise information sharing platforms, such as Lotus
Notes and Microsoft Exchange; to be combined in forms-based applications.
With the rapid adoption of distributed LAN-based computing, more
organizations are seeking a complete forms workflow offering like Delrina
FormFlow.
