The next generation of Windows developers will have the power of UNIX
commands at their fingertips with the new version of MKS Toolkit.

Version 4.4 is capable of running on both Windows NT 3.5, and Windows 95,
doubling the value of the tools to independent software and corporate
developers. New to this version of the product are such features as GUI
tape utilities for data transfer; allowing data exchange between UNIX, NT
and Windows 95, and Windows Scheduler (like a Windows cron). Users
upgrading from the DOS Toolkit will also benefit from new access to 32 bit
tools, and features such as start, copy, wpaste, msgbox and filebox. Other
core utilities available in previous versions of the MKS Toolkit have also
been upgraded for the most recent Beta release of Windows 95. These
utilities include vdiff, viw for WIN32 and the Toolkit launcher.

The release of MKS Toolkit 4.4 for Windows NT 3.5 and Windows 95 is
shipping at a suggested retail price of US $299. An upgrade version of MKS
Toolkit from Windows NT 3.5 is available at a suggested retail price of US
$49. An upgrade version of the MKS Toolkit for DOS is also available at a
suggested retail price of US $99.

MKS Toolkit is the #1 choice of more than 200,000 users of UNIX software
development tools for the PC platform. These utilities, commonly only
found in the UNIX environment, bring the same look and feel of UNIX to PC
operating systems. Included in the MKS Toolkit are the KornShell, awk,
awkc, vi, make, vdiff, grep, sed, tar, cpio, pax, vi for Windows, support
for multitasking, background processing and updated POSIX compatibility.
The more than 190 commands and utilities available in MKS Toolkit can help
developers customize an environment and perform a variety of computing
tasks. Versions of MKS Toolkit are accompanied by a hypertext reference
manual. Versions of MKS Toolkit are available for DOS, Windows, OS/2,
