NETWORKS EXPO BOSTON AFFIRMS ITS POSITION AS A PREMIER INDUSTRY EVENT

Presence of Major Networking Companies, New Product Announcements, and
Success of Strong, Focused Conference Program Are Highlights of Three-Day
Event at Hynes Convention Center

(Fort Lee, NJ, February 24) - Significant new product announcements of
enterprise networking technology and applications, strong attendance, and
an enhanced conference program, characterized Networks Expo '95 Boston,
Feb. 14-16, here at the Hynes Convention Center. Blenheim Group USA, Inc.,
the organizers of Networks Expo, announced final show statistics of more
than 211 companies, with attendance of more than 32,042 networking
professionals.

Exhibitors announcing new products included: American Power Conversion,
Attachmate Corporation, Biscom, Cabletron Systems, Cheyenne Software, Core
International, Frye Computer Systems, NETWORK- I Software & Technology,
Novell, Palindrome and Xyplex. Other exhibitors at Networks Expo '95
Boston included: Allied Telesis, Bellcore, Bendata, Castelle,
Cisco/Newport Systems, Digital Equipment Corporation, Hewlett-Packard,
IBM, MCI, NetManage, Network General, Saber Software, Thomas-Conrad,
Tricord and Westcon.

"Networks Expo Boston turned out to be a fabulous show for Palindrome,"
said Gene Della Torre, executive director of marketing for Palindrome
Corporation. "We collected over 1,300 highly qualified leads from
motivated and excited buyers that clearly needed our backup software.
We're glad we participated."

Networks Expo Boston will return to Boston for the eighth consecutive year,
February 13-15, 1996, at the Hynes Convention Center. Networks Expo will
mark its Tenth Anniversary year in Dallas, with Networks Expo Dallas,
September 12-14,1995 at the Dallas Convention Center.

Networks Expo Boston highlights included:

* Hands-on Access to the Internet. For the first time in Boston, Networks
Expo offered the unique Internet Theater -- co-sponsored by Pencom Systems
Inc., allowing thousands of attendees the opportunity to travel the
Internet. guided by "navigators" to find Internet resources. Computer
hardware and software for the Internet connection were provided and
installed by Advantis/IBM Global Network.

* McCaw Cellular/SABRE System Wireless Demonstration. A live demonstration
of the new McCaw Cellular Digital Packet Data technology, AirData, that
allows mobile agents to set up ticketing -- or check reservations for
airline passengers at any location in an airport.

* Network Professional Association (NPA) Hands On Labs. The NPA Labs
combined technical training and hands-on instruction in a small group.
This educational and training showcase at Networks Expo displayed
technology from NPA sponsors such as American Power Conversion, Banyan,
Blue Lance, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Microsoft and Novell.

Scores of exhibitors also showcased their latest products in special
technology pavilions on the show floor, including the NetWare Solutions
Pavilion, co-sponsored with NetWare Solutions Magazine, Client/Server
Pavilion, FAX/Messaging Pavilion, Help Desk Pavilion and other product
showcases.

The Networks Expo keynote presentations provided hundreds of attendees with
the vision and ideas of three technology leaders, including critical
information on the future direction of the Internet:

* Craig Benson, chairman, COO and co-founder of Cabletron Systems Inc.;
"Achieving Business Success with the New Network Infrastructure;"

* Rose Ann Giordano, vice president of the Internet Business Group at
Digital Equipment Corporation; "Commercialization of the Internet;"

* Jonathan P. Gill, director of special projects, The Office of Media
Affairs, The White House; "The National Information Infrastructure and the
Coming Era of Participatory Communications."

The conference program at Networks Expo recorded the highest attendance in
recent years, with an expanded Tutorial Program, February 13-16, and
enhanced seminar tracks covering NetWare, internetworking and integration,
network management, the Internet and client/server computing.
