NEW WORLD WIDE WEB SERVICE ALLOWS SALES AND MARKETING ORGANIZATIONS TO
ESTABLISH A BUSINESS PRESENCE ON THE INTERNET

Sales and Marketing Exchange Offers Easiest Option for Providers to Promote
Services and Sell Products

Bedford, Mass., March 27, 1995 -- OnPro Development Corp., a leading
provider of on-line information services, today announced the formation of
Sales and Marketing Exchange (SME), an on-line service specifically
designed for sales and marketing providers.

Located on the World Wide Web, SME offers a structured environment that
allows sales and marketing organizations to create a business presence on
the Web easier, faster and less expensively than alternative approaches.
Still under construction with a limited number of providers, the service
can be previewed today at www.sme.com.

SME is targeted to a diverse array of sales and marketing organizations,
including resource providers such as direct marketing firms, reference
providers such as list dissemination services, and tool providers such as
sales and marketing application software companies. Through SME, these
companies can utilize the Web as a promotion medium and distribution
channel to sell information and tools.

"Sales and marketing providers, especially mid-size companies, want to know
how and where to establish a Web presence," said Bill Younker, founder and
President of OnPro. "They don't have the time or the expertise to address
these issues themselves, but they know they need to utilize the Web to
grow and compete. SME allows providers to get on the Web effortlessly,
then provides a common location where users can find them. We believe this
model of integrating content into a contextual framework is key to success
on the Web."

Younker explained that SME is a boon to both providers and users.
"Providers hosted on SME benefit from the additional traffic created from
being in a common location, as well as through promotional efforts of
other providers and OnPro. Users of SME can quickly access information and
purchase products from a single location rather than "surf" the Internet
for providers offering the same category of services and products.

SME's Flexibility Provides Migration Path

SME's structure allows providers to gain an on-line presence without
incurring the time and expense of Home Page design, creation of new
graphics, and linking strategies. Providers simply hand over their text on
disk and collateral materials to OnPro for scanning, HTML coding, and
linking into SME. Once an on-line presence is established, SME's
flexibility allows providers to evolve their own unique Home Page presence
within the service. This enables them to maintain their distinct identity
and image from other providers. Providers also receive their own Web
address, allowing users to access them directly, in addition to using
search mechanisms employed within SME.

"This approach gives providers an instant on-line presence, keeping them
current with their customers and competition," said Younker. "We offer
providers a migration path that allows them to get started quickly, then
customize and evolve their Web presence on their own timetable."

Web Experiencing High User Growth

The Web, with over two million users today, is experiencing tremendous
growth from the consumer and business sectors. During the first month
Prodigy made its Web browser available, over 250,000 subscribers accessed
the Web. America Online and CompuServe will soon be offering full Web
access as well, opening the doors to over seven million users. In addition
to current on-line users, the Web will soon be available to virtually all
PC users with a modem, as Microsoft, IBM, and Novell provide full Web
capability in their systems software.

"The dramatic growth in consumer and business users on the Web has sales
and marketing departments scrambling to determine the best approach to
capitalizing on the opportunity," said Younker. "In turn, sales and
marketing providers need to actively participate on the Web or risk being
left behind by their customers and competitors."

Pricing and Availability

SME can be previewed today. The service will be fully functional early in
the second quarter of 1995. Current Charter Member pricing for new
providers is $1,495, which includes setup and one month of free
maintenance and updates.
