Industry's First Networking Trade Show on the Internet Premiers in
Conjunction with NetWorld+Interop 95 Las Vegas

FOSTER CITY, CA (March 13, 1995) - SOFTBANK Exposition and Conference
Company today announced the premier of N+I Online!, the First Networking
Trade Show on the Internet, at http://www.sbexpos.com over the World Wide
Web (WWW). An extension to NetWorld+Interop 95 Las Vegas (March 27-31),
N+I Online! links attendees directly to exhibitor, product and conference
information and interactive events. N+I Online! will be open from March
13-April 14. N+I Online! takes place before, during and after each
NetWorld+Interop trade show worldwide, including Las Vegas, Frankfurt,
Tokyo, Atlanta, and Paris.

Attendees can use N+I Online! to research exhibitor product information,
technology conference offerings and show events before, during, and after
the physical NetWorld+Interop trade show. With the N+I Online! Conference
Planner, attendees can search for a specific area of interest and create a
tailored schedule, thereby better utilizing their time at the show. There
is no cost to attendees to use N+I Online!

"Delivery of online information is becoming a key competitive distinction
for corporations across the globe," said Mike Millikin, Senior Vice
President, SOFTBANK Expos. "Online information is a critical vehicle in
reaching prospects and customers. N+I Online! is the first event to bring
such an industry-focused group of buyers and sellers together in one
highly-concentrated physical and virtual location."

N+I Online! leverages exhibitor's investment in the trade show by providing
retrieval information about online attendees and extends their presence
with the focused group of N+I Online! users for the month surrounding the
show. More than 50 companies will participate in N+I Online!, including
3COM, Adobe Systems, Inc., Cisco Systems, Compaq Computer Corp., Motorola,
Retix, Sun Microsystems and UB Networks.

"We are pleased to participate in the premier launch of N+I Online!," said
Ray Nugent, product line manager, Internet Services of UB Networks. "N+I
Online! represents a strategic move to expand our reach to customers and
business partners over the Internet . With N+I Online! we will not only be
able to track the "virtual attendees" that come into our booth, but we
will be able to reach even more, highly qualified and targeted
customers."

"With N+I Online!, I could access exhibitor, product and conference
information to plan my NetWorld+Interop itinerary and participate in the
various conferences offered," said Kurt Bendl, editor-in-chief, Inside the
Internet. "I like N+I Online! because attendees can access a complete
networking view be it physical or virtual before, during and after the
physical event."
