SURVEY.

CHILDREN'S ANIMATED TELEVISION (CAT) IS A PROGRESSIVE NON-PROFIT
ORGANIZATION THAT PRODUCES EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS ABOUT
TODAY'S SOCIAL ISSUES.

October 5, 1995 -- BOSTON -- Children's Animated Television (CAT) announced
today that it has received the prestigious "Top 5% of World Wide Web
Sites" award from Point Survey. CAT produces educational videos for
children and teens on current social issues such as AIDS, diversity and
gay, lesbian & bisexual (GLB) teen self-esteem. This important video
project has been endorsed by Congressman Barney Frank and Senator Edward
Kennedy, both of Massachusetts.

Point Survey is a free service which rates and reviews only the best sites
on the Internet. It also provides Web surfers with a standard of
excellence: a catalog of the most lively, useful, and fun sites on the
Internet.

CAT has a Web site that is attracting a lot of attention. Using a variety
of creative graphics, original articles and stimulating ideas, "The CAT
Homepage" is a visually exciting Web site. Computer graphics, photographs
of real cats, and colorful lettering make this site a cut above the usual
non-profit Web sites. CAT also provides direct E-Mail links in all its
on-line documents, to provide the user a way for instant feedback while
browsing the Web.

The Point Survey Top Ten list has been featured on CNN and in many
publications. Point Survey ratings are provided to media around the world.
CAT has received the "Top 5% of the Web" badge to place on its Web pages.

CAT is hoping to attract sponsors to its Web site. They are seeking
individuals and corporate support for to continue and expand this cutting
edge Web site. "I'm hoping that other non-profit groups will be encouraged
to develop a Web site", said Mr. DiDomenica. "It has helped us to reach
people from around the world. We currently have hundreds of visitors a
day. I call this endeavor the Web site for the Family of the Future."
