COMPUSERVE - NO COMPUTER REQUIRED

Will using CompuServe ever be the same? You make the call.

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 26, 1995 -- There was a time not long ago when people
needed a computer, a modem and a monitor to access online information like
electronic mail, stock quotes or the latest news. Those days are gone
forever! Now, all you need is a phone.

CompuServe Incorporated, through an exclusive agreement with Premiere
Communications, Inc., is introducing a cutting-edge service that lets
people take advantage of a wide variety of online communications services
by dialing in from any touch-tone phone in the United States and from more
than 40 countries.

The new product, code-named the CallingAll Card, looks like a phone card,
but it provides access to an unprecedented array of personalized
information and communications products. Using a toll-free number and a
private identification code, members of the CompuServe Information Service
will have a virtual office with the most advanced communications features
available today. CompuServe members will be able to use the phone to
preview "select" e-mail sent to them. Select e-mail will be based upon
criteria set by each individual. For example, a CompuServe member can
choose to have "priority" messages sent to his CallingAll Card e-mail box.
Then he can send any messages he wishes to read immediately to any fax
machine. Future plans include text-to-voice translation so members can
"hear" their e-mail. Other services include: fax mail, voice mail, speed
dial, conference calling, travel services, up-to-the-minute reports on
news events, weather and sports at anytime from anywhere. Future plans
also include expanded voice capabilities to allow more extensive audio
communication.

In addition, the CallingAll Card offers customizable information services.
CompuServe members will be able to set up a personal information profile
online with CompuServe or by phone with operator assistance to specify the
kind of information that should be sent to their CallingAll Card numbers.
This information can include personalized stock quotes, sports scores,
news briefs, weather information and other data. Information can be faxed
anywhere or sent to a personal pager, and in some cases (like stock
quotes) "read" to the member over the phone.

CallingAll Card services will be integrated with the CompuServe Information
Service. By logging on to CompuServe, members can see if any voice mail,
e-mail or faxes are waiting for them. They can even check current charges
and billing information.

"CompuServe is breaking new ground in the integration of online information
and telecommunications," said Rob Mainor, CompuServe's vice president of
product marketing and business information services. "Now, you don't even
need a computer to access e-mail. You don't need a modem to tap into
online information. You just need a phone and our CallingAll Card. It is a
total communications product that can only be found on CompuServe."

Added Steve Owens, CompuServe's account manager for strategic/OEM
relationships, "This service is ideal for business people on the go.
Anytime, anywhere, CompuServe's industry-leading information is right
there. Now, more than ever, CompuServe members can stay in charge of their
information and communications no matter where they are."

Said D. Gregory Smith, executive vice president of Premiere Communications,
"Premiere is the leader in the integration of telecommunications and
computer technologies and is committed to being the market leader in the
development of new services and custom applications. With this
partnership, we can maximize the strengths of two industry leaders and
create a product with tremendous potential for both business people and,
ultimately, consumers."

The CallingAll Card will be available internationally with toll-free access
in more than 40 countries at its release early in the first quarter of
1996. "With CompuServe's worldwide network and state-of-the-art
communications technology, we are the only ones in the information
industry who can provide the global reach, depth and reliability that this
service will offer," Mainor said.

The service will be included in the $9.95 per month membership fee to the
CompuServe Information Service. The card will be free to current
CompuServe members; however, a 25 cent per minute fee will apply when the
card is in use. The CallingAll Card acts as a credit card, accruing
charges as it is used. It includes 20 free minutes of access for the first
month and can also be used as a traditional calling card.
