New CT-Connect CTI Software (Supporting Microsoft's TAPI Standard In A
Client Server Environment) To Be Demonstrated At Telecom '95

STANDARDS-BASED COMPUTER TELEPHONY SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT ALSO
BEING LAUNCHED IN GENEVA

TELECOM '95, GENEVA, October 3-11, 1995 - Dialogic Corporation
(NASDAQ:DLGC), (Booth 1.338A, USA Pavilion) will be demonstrating a range
of products and services at Telecom '95 including: Dialogic CT Division's
CT-Connect; a new range of products based on the VME backplane; the
Antares SCSA-compatible resource board; CT Media Services for Windows NT,
a new CT software environment based on the Signal Computing System
Architecture (SCSA) Telephony Application Objects (TAO) software
framework; and many other computer telephony hardware and software
products for developers.

DEMONSTRATION OF ANTARES BOARD:

The Dialogic Web-based demonstration programs show an interface between
Dialogic voice-processing technology and the World Wide Web. From a
standard Web browser such as Netscape, the visitor to the Dialogic
pavilion will be able to choose from a selection of entertaining demo
programs. By clicking on a button on the Web page, the visitor causes a
telephone to ring, thereby initiating the chosen demo program.

Available demos include Antares-based text-to-speech conversion (type a
phrase and hear it spoken over the telephone), Antares-based speech
recognition, speed and volume control, and voice quality as a function of
digitizing rates.

DEMONSTRATION OF CT-CONNECT:

The Dialogic CT Division will be showing Dialogic's new open, standards-
based, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) access link software,
CT-Connect, supporting typical PC and LAN-based applications. CT- Connect
establishes a communication path between the CTI port of popular telephone
systems and a customer's data network environment, allowing application
programs to receive call status information from the telephone system.
CT-Connect provides software developers and resellers with immediate
availability, configuration flexibility, an affordable price, and support
for the Intel/Microsoft TAPI interface in a server-based environment.

In the first demonstration, calls move smoothly between an interactive
voice response system (IVR) and customer service representative (CSR)
positions, with data records automatically retrieved for the CSR based on
information the caller has previously entered into the IVR. At the same
time, in a second demonstration, CT-Connect supports several
commercially-available TAPI applications. All applications operate
simultaneously through a shared Alcatel 4400 telephone system.

INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON ISDN:

Dialogic will announce the availability of its ISDN PRI Firmware with a
full complement of European approvals and protocols (e.g., EuroISDN, 1TR6,
VN3, DASS2). Dialogic's PRI is a smart gateway into SCSA that is fast,
flexible, and field-proven in a variety of applications. It is a
`telephony layer' that insulates applications from the complexities of
wide area networking and opens new markets to developers. This is
accomplished by the use of GlobalCall API and DialView simulation and
troubleshooting tool. As part of the PRI Firmware package, DialView is
available at no additional charge and is capable of real-time network
trunk diagnosis critical in new ISDN service installations, as well as
network-side emulation eliminating the need for expensive protocol
analyzers necessary for application testing.

SCBUS TECHNOLOGY:

Dialogic will demonstrate the capabilities of the SCBus, which is the
hardware model of SCSA. Dialogic will feature their new DIALOG/HD
switching products and how together with the SCBus developers, can built
PC-based computer telephony applications with hundreds of ports. The SCBus
is the industry standard intra-node communications bus for computer
telephony and call processing systems. It features up to 2048 bi-direction
timeslot capacity, a completely distributed switching model with
out-of-band messaging capability, and multi- node expansion capability.

DEMONSTRATION OF SCSA TAO FRAMEWORK-CT MEDIA SERVICES FOR WINNT:

Dialogic will demonstrate its implementation of the Signal Computing System
Architecture (SCSA) Telephony Application Object (TAO) Framework, CT Media
Services for Windows NT. CT Media Services provides a development and
run-time environment for computer-telephony media processing applications
such as voice mail, interactive voice response or fax- on-demand. CT Media
Services can support multiple applications from different vendors
simultaneously using a client-server-based open architecture. CT Media
Services also supports service provider interfaces for technology
developers so that SCSA-based applications running on CT Media Services
can be hardware independent.

DEMONSTRATION OF VME PRODUCT:

Dialogic will demonstrate part of it's new line of VMEbus products, called
VMEDIA, within two separate demonstrations. The demonstrations will
include Dialogic's new VMEbus network interface/voice board. The first
demonstration will incorporate a platform contributed by FORCE COMPUTERS,
INC. which will utilize the Force Sparc CPU and Solaris operating system.
The application within this demonstration will be provided by SODITEL
CORPORATION. This demonstration will be a VME toolkit written in both
French and English.

The second demonstration will incorporate a platform contributed by
MOTOROLA, INC. which will utilize the Motorola 88 K. CPU and SVR4, System
Release 4.2 operating system. The application within this demonstration
will be provided by Dialogic and will demonstrate a series of voice
response activities.

Founded in 1983, Dialogic Corporation is a leading manufacturer of
standards-based computer telephony hardware and software platform
components, with more than 1.7 million ports shipped worldwide. In March
1993, Dialogic launched the Signal Computing System Architecture standard
along with 70 other companies. SCSA defines open software and hardware
standard for building computer telephony systems with multiple
technologies. SCSA is now supported by more than 280 industry suppliers.
To offer customers the widest range of capabilities, Dialogic has
bolstered its traditional CT strengths by acquiring leading companies in
complementary technologies: GammaLink, the leader in computer- based
facsimile (fax) components; the CT Division specializing in
computer-telephone software integration at the switch level and Spectron
Microsystems, Inc., developers of the SPOX operating system and of digital
signal processor development environment. Dialogic's European headquarters
are located in Brussels, Belgium with regional offices in Hartley Wintney,
UK; Paris, France; Milan, Italy; and Munich, Germany. Dialogic's
Asia/Pacific headquarters is located in Tokyo, with an office in
Singapore. Dialogic is a founding member of the Enterprise Computer
Telephony Forum (ECTF).
