DREAMERS GUILD CELEBRATES FOURTH YEAR AS INTERACTIVE LEADER

LOS ANGELES -- This past June, The Dreamers Guild, Inc. (DGI), an exclusive
software developer just north of Los Angeles, celebrated it's fourth year
as one of the most innovative and successful developers of interactive
entertainment software in this rapidly expanding industry.

With over 20 titles under its belt, The Dreamers Guild has already
attracted the attention of such industry heavyweights as Turner
Interactive, Cyberdreams, and Trimark Interactive to name a few. The Guild
is poised to make its biggest splash in the next twelve months, with six
original on-line games slated to run on The Microsoft Network in
conjunction with MPG-Net. These autumn releases are entirely new games,
designed specifically for the dynamics of on-line multiplayer systems.
"Unlike the constant force-feeding of non-interactive video clips and
re-packaged single-player games, I think our original games really stand
out," asserted DGI President Bill Simpson.

Long gone are the days when merely interacting with anything on-screen will
please the public. "As with the evolution of any new media, the first wave
is novelty-based," Simpson said. "But now, the consumers have become more
discerning. They want original content that's specifically engineered and
created for interactive media. That's where The Dreamers Guild comes in."

In sharp contrast to the media frenzy around the Hollywood studios,
computer giants, and telecommunications networks, DGI has stood by its
plan to develop quality retail and on-line interactive entertainment
products. "We've come a long way in four years," Simpson said about his
company, which employs departments in art, programming, game design,
music, video, writing, and marketing. "When we started, we made a
concerted effort to place our emphasis on content rather than publicity.
Sure, we're in this business to make money, but we're keenly interested in
the craft of interactivity; taking the effort to learn what a good
interactive product is. In that sense, we've already put in our R & D
learning-curve time."

In addition to its on-line products with The Microsoft Network, DGI has
many CD-ROM titles ready for release later this year and in '96,
including: DINOTOPIA, based on the best-selling book; I HAVE NO MOUTH AND
I MUST SCREAM, from the Harlan Ellison short story of the same name; and
FAERY TALE ADVENTURE II, a sequel to the classic, role-playing adventure
game.
