MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO, CANADA, OCTOBER 19, 1995-EveryWare Development Corp.

complete Macintosh-based system for managing electronic documents.
Enterprise Document Management provides permanent storage and quick
retrieval of an organization's electronic documents, and features flexible
customization, advanced security measures, network support, version
control, and powerful searching tools. Based on a client/server,
relational SQL database server, Enterprise Document Management is built to
handle the document management needs of medium- to large-sized
organizations. The system is available now, with prices starting at $2295
(U.S.) for 10 users.

document profiling architecture guarantees that once a document is stored,
it's easy to find. "Enterprise Document Management allows us to classify
each document using categories that are relevant to our business. We've
been using Enterprise Document Management for the last year, and it has
put an end to the frustrating battle of trying to find a document on your
local hard drive. We can quickly find any document throughout our
enterprise just by entering a few search terms," says John Clement, senior
manager MIS, at the law firm of Osler Hoskin & Harcourt.

Enterprise Document Management takes advantage of powerful SQL features
like robust querying, a range of security levels, and data integrity.
Enterprise Document Management also tracks versions, ensuring that a
document's history is always available. In addition, Enterprise Document
Management provides extensive document management capabilities allowing
users to organize documents in a variety of ways-by author, keyword, type
of document, or pre-defined topics-depending on the task at hand.

Organizations that create diverse documents on a network, such as
