Extend Introduces Windows 95 Version of winZones, Global Time Zone Tracking
Utility

Pleasanton, Calif. -- October 26, 1995 -- Extend, Inc. today announced the
release of WinZones 95, a 32-bit native Windows 95 utility that displays
multiple time zone clocks simultaneously on the user's computer. WinZones
95 is now shipping and has an introductory retail price of $29.95.

"Anyone who travels or does business in other time zones will benefit from
WinZones 95", says Lorraine Ling, President and CEO for Extend. "Following
our successful launch of WinZones for Windows 3.1 in December 1994, we are
introducing WinZones 95 to take full advantage of the new features that
Windows 95 offers."

WinZones 95 is a Windows 95 native, 32 bit application which conforms to
all Windows 95 requirements. Changes in the program include an improved
User Interface; integration with Windows 95 Date, Time and Time Zone
features; an Install/Uninstall feature; the automatic arrangement of
clocks above the Windows 95 task bar; and clock color selections. Like its
earlier Windows 3.1 version, WinZones 95 provides numerous customizable
features including: digital or analog clock faces, optional date and
seconds display, font color selections, alarms and more, making it
practical and fun to use. Nearly 130 major cities are preprogrammed into
the WinZones 95 database covering all time zones throughout the world. New
cities can be added in seconds.

WinZones 95 complements a variety of desktop applications such as Personal
Information Managers, Sales Information Systems, Spreadsheets and Word
Processors. Recognizing that screen real estate is always at a premium,
WinZones 95 clocks can be customized to any size and moved anywhere on the
screen.

"My business requires setting up appointments with overseas clients," said
Peggy Cai, Telemarketing Coordinator for Sherpa Corporation. "I am tired
of counting on my fingers to figure out what time it is over there. With
WinZones, I can now set an alarm, do my work and not worry that I will
miss the window of opportunity to contact my overseas customers and
prospects."
