INTERACTIVE FANTASY NETWORK ANNOUNCES FALL PROGRAM SLATE TO LAUNCH ON NEW
INTERNET SITE & DEBUT AT L.A.'S ON-LINE EXPO OCT. 6-8

MALIBU, CA--A full slate of original programming including talk shows,
drama, sitcoms, entertainment series, celebrity specials, sports and
simulchats will be launched this fall by the Interactive Fantasy Network
(www.ifnet.com) on the World Wide Web announces Susan Forkin, IF network
creator. The IF network will make its debut at the On-Line Expo, booth
#310, slated for the Los Angeles Convention Center October 6 -8.

Celebrities scheduled for interviews opening month include: Cyndi Lauper,
Boyz to Men and Simply Red, comedians from the Improv, and television
personalities from such shows as "Dweebs" and "Star Trek: Voyager."

"We will bring the best of Hollywood and entertainment to the more than 20
million people now on the Web," Forkin explains. Initially, IF's
programming will be aimed at "Generation X" (teens through 30) age
audiences and expand as the network evolves. (The Internet's World Wide
Web is estimated to grow to one billion by the year 2000 by "Information
Week's" latest report.)

Forkin has built a production team that features top Hollywood new media
firms and experts including Tim Conway Jr. as creative director for IF.
Conway will work with a staff of creatives from such groups as Second City
TV and top producers including Kevin O'Donnell and his firm Illumina whose
credits include the new fall adventure series "Hyperman" (CBS, Sony and
IBM) and Paramount's "Congo" game and interactive designs for such firms
as MGM, IBM, Apple and Viacom.

Celebrities, studios and networks will play a major role in providing
sources for programming according to Forkin. Film and television premier
tie-ins, contests and special promotions are under development at this
time with advertising agencies and national promotion firms.

Advertisers for the IF network include "Uncensored" (a talk show), "What
If?" (the first interactive romance novel on the web -- already on the
network) and "The Mating Game," a romance connection program.

IF's program hosts will include popular radio DJ's, VJ's, television
personalities, sports figures, and celebrity guest hosts.

Technologically, IF will be cutting edge according to Forkin, who says that
point and click technology will allow audiences immediate response ability
along with the opportunity to participate in such events as major
auditorium chats for live concerts. "Neilsen-like" audience tracking
ability will determine who "visits" the IF site to see the new fall
season's shows. The IF network is additionally open to corporate
underwriting and sponsorship.
