Intergraph Shipping NFS Client for Windows 95

ATLANTA, SEPT. 27, 1995--Intergraph Software Solutions (Huntsville, Ala.)
announced that it will begin shipping DiskAccess, its new 32- bit NFS
client for Windows 95, early next month. Intergraph is demonstrating
DiskAccess along with its full line of 32-bit integration products at
Networld + Interop this week. DiskAccess allows Windows 95 users to access
files and applications residing on UNIX servers and workstations, and
other systems acting as NFS servers. By providing easy access to UNIX,
DiskAccess protects user investment in data and opens networks for
transparent access to network resources.

Intergraph Software Solutions (ISS) is offering to upgrade competitors' NFS
packages to DiskAccess for Windows 95 for $95 per copy. The retail price
of DiskAccess is $325 per copy in single user quantities, with volume
discounts available. A free evaluation copy of DiskAccess or any other ISS
32-bit integration product is available to test drive for 30 days.
Download copies from the World Wide Web at http://www.intergraph.com/nfs
or call 800-291-9909 for instructions on how to access Intergraph's
dial-up bulletin board.

DiskAccess was developed by the same design team that created Intergraph's
award-winning NFS server, DiskShare for Windows NT. In addition to
DiskAccess, Intergraph is demonstrating its other integration solutions
for the 32-bit Windows environment, including DiskShare, eXalt, Batch
Services, and PC-NFS. DiskShare acts as an NFS server to UNIX users,
allowing them to access files on Windows NT servers and workstations.
DiskShare lets Windows NT users share drives or file folders to the UNIX
community directly from the Microsoft Windows File Manager. eXalt allows
Windows users to access X-applications in a single window mode using
X-based window managers such as Open Look, OSF/Motif, etc., or in multiple
window mode using the Microsoft Windows Manager. Batch Services lets
Windows users to schedule jobs for execution on their local machine or
across the network. Batch Services can submit jobs at scheduled intervals
and will automatically resubmit jobs when power- or network-outages
prevent completion. PC-NFS for Windows NT, a co-development effort of
SunSoft and Intergraph, gives Windows NT users access UNIX-based file
systems.

These integration solutions are currently featured on the Microsoft
Network. For more information about any of Intergraph's Windows
integration products, contact Intergraph at 1-800-291-9909 or
