Ingram Micro To Distribute LANCAST's Full Line of Ethernet Products

October 24, 1995, Amherst, NH -- Ingram Micro Inc., the largest distributor
of computer products in the world, and LANCAST, a leading provider of
innovative and cost-effective Ethernet solutions, today announced an
agreement under which Ingram will distribute LANCAST's complete product
line.

The agreement enhances LANCAST's network of regional distributors,
value-added resellers, dealers and systems integrators and provides the
company with an international distributor to help meet the growing demand
for LANCAST products.

"Over the last year, we have increased our sales by 45 percent, making it
necessary for us to significantly expand our distribution channels," said
Asbjorn Sorhaug, LANCAST's executive vice president. "Ingram's strong
presence in both the U.S. and international markets will help us continue
our growth. Partnering with Ingram will also provide our smaller
distributors and resellers more flexibility in ordering LANCAST
products."
