SOFTWARE 'LEADER OF THE PAK' BECOMES INTERNET ACCESS PROVIDER WITH 10-PAK
DISC

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., (Sept. 14, 1995) -- Software publisher Sirius
Publishing, Inc., producer of the best-selling 5-Ft. 10-Pak brand of
multipack for CD-ROMs, announced today that it has started shipping its
newest collection, the 5-Ft. 10-Pak "Collector's Edition." The pack of 10
discs will include an unprecedented number of first-run titles, including
Sirius' own SiriusNet, an Internet information and entertainment service.

"Sirius Publishing has built loyal customer relationships by providing
innovative multimedia products based upon quality and value," said Richard
Gnant, Sirius President and CEO. "SiriusNet will allow us to extend these
relationships into the next generation of information and entertainment
technology -- the Internet."

The 10-Pak is a five-foot-long compilation of 10 full-version, best-selling
CDs from top publishers that retails for $39.95. The goal of the product
is to acquaint new and current CD-ROM users with the potential of the
medium and boost overall consumer interest in multimedia products. Sirius
licensed and marketed the cooperative effort behind the 10-Pak which also
includes special discount coupons as further incentive to users to
consider other titles by the participating publishers.

According to market researcher PC Data, Sirius' first S-Ft. 10-Pak has
consistently remained near the top of the CD-ROM best-sellers charts since
its release early in 1994, including three consecutive months at No. 1.

Last November, Sirius extended its reach to the children's market with the
release of the 3-Ft. 6-Pak brand of multipack for kids, a six-disc
collection of popular children's titles that retails for $29.95, and is
currently ranked No. 2 in CD-ROM multipack sales. Sirius' 5-Ft. 10-Pak
Special Edition, released in early April, is ranked No. 1 for the second
consecutive month.
