WELCOME TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EARTHQUAKE DATA CENTER (SCEC_DC)

Below is a list of automated locations for magnitude 2.5 or
greater earthquakes recorded by the CALTECH/USGS Southern California
Seismic Network in the past 72 hours. All times are Greenwich Mean Time.
   Depths are in km.

NOTE - These locations and magnitudes are preliminary, and have not been
reviewed by a human. Entries with origin times within 30 sec are probably
a single event. MGN (Magnum) magnitudes are empirically calibrated values,
based on the raw amplitudes measured on the incoming station signal. These
magnitudes are generally good to about magnitude 3.6 earthquakes. MLG
magnitudes are synthetic Wood Anderson logain magnitudes.

The SCEC_DC is a member of the Council of the National Seismic System.
