Magic Solutions debuts MAGICSPY for Windows 
automatic notification tool for the Help Desk

June 1, 1993 -- MAHWAH, NJ -- Magic Solutions, Inc. will introduce
MAGICSPY, a Windows-based notification tool that works with its MagicWin /
SupportMagic Help Desk & Asset Management package, at PC EXPO - NY, June
29,30, & July 1.

MAGICSPY automatically sends notifications over the network from the Help
Desk call tracking system. Any support staff members and supervisors
working in true Windows applications can receive notifications, even if
they are not logged into the MagicWin call tracking system! These
notifications can include:

* calls forwarded to a specific support person 
* calls forwarded to a group 
* calls escalated to the limit 
* problems that require follow up at a specified date/time
* internal e-mail messages

Each MagicSpy user can control how often the system will check for NEW
notifications, which options to check for, and which notification method
to use. Users can be notified either by a flashing icon or a pop-up
window. Users can view details of help desk calls, print notifications,
and save notifications for later attention.

MagicSpy allows an unlimited number of users to receive notifications,
regardless of the number of licensed MagicWin users. MagicSpy will be
bundled with the new Version 1.71 of MagicWin. Magic Solutions will
