BENDATA AND COMPUTER LIBRARY JOIN FORCES FOR SUPPORT

May 18, 1994, Colorado Springs, CO. Bendata, Inc. and Computer Library have
announced a joint marketing venture that will offer a link between
Bendata's help desk product First Level Support for Windows and Computer
Library's Support on Site CD-ROM knowledge databases. Now users and help
desks can access the latest technical information on popular business
softwares, networks and computer publications directly from the First
Level Support for Windows screen.

This venture is initially targeted toward Help Desks, Call Centers and
Customer Support Centers that provide internal support and customer
service. Together, Bendata and Computer Library will enhance the delivery
of an integrated help desk support solution in today's fast paced and
complex information based business environment. The new link between the
two companies' products will be demonstrated at the upcoming Systems and
Support Expo (Booth #332) in Boston, May 18-19,1994.

Bendata's First Level Support for Windows software product is a
tree-structured, problem resolution and information sharing tool that Help
Desks, Call Centers and companies providing customer or technical support
use to capture knowledge and build custom knowledge bases. First Level
Support's knowledge capturing facility is further enhanced by the ability
to link with and access other sources of pre-assembled information. This
information is available in the form of the CD-Rom databases that SOS
offers, as well as pre-packaged experience based knowledge that Bendata
offers. The option of accessing other sources of solution and support
information serves to increase users' productivity and Help Desk
efficiency.

First Level Support provides the "engine" that drives the easy to use
process of information sharing. Knowledge, both customized by the user and
in the form of Support on Site (SOS) and Computer Select databases by
Computer Library, provide the "fuel" that drives the engine. Support on
Site for applications and networks and Computer Select are the premier
sources of technical information on the issues the help desk supports.
These tools, combined with FLS for Windows, will significantly reduce the
time spent researching and solving problems by providing comprehensive
information instantly on a wide spectrum of computer issues.
