Hertz Introduces Monster-Value Multimedia Workstation
New 486/SX33 has a "price to entice"

New York, NY - June 28, 1994--With the introduction of its 486/SX33 at PC
Expo 1994, Hertz Computer Corporation has created two things: a muscular,
easy-to-use multimedia workstation and a compelling reason for buyers to
take the Multi-Media plunge.

The 486/SX33 is a complete, multimedia powerhouse ready to go to work.
Powered by a 486SX 33MHz chip with 256KB cache (upgradeable to DX2 66MHz),
the new system includes an accelerator VGA board, SVGA NI Monitor,
double-speed internal CD-ROM drive, a 260 MB hard drive and an internal
9600/2400 send/receive fax modem. Yet the entire package is priced from
$1,995--an excellent enticement for new multimedia buyers.

"No recent development in our industry has received more hype and oversell
than multimedia," states Eli Hertz, president and founder of Hertz
Computer Corporation. "But, as always, the computer buying public has the
ability to look beyond the hype and exaggeration and focus on the value of
adding depth, clarity and visual interest to their presentations and other
work. Corporate executives, business owners and educators will not buy
systems because of promises that it will change their lives. But give them
solid capabilities for good value and they will buy."

The Hertz 486/SX33 is ideal for applications incorporating advanced audio,
video and optical storage technology with PC applications. The new system
also supports Kodak's Photo CD technology. Hertz expects the strongest
interest in the new system to come from the education, training,
industrial simulation, information kiosks and business research
industries.
