INTERACTIVE INFORMATION EXPO (I**2) TO DEBUT IN NEW YORK IN DECEMBER 1994

(Fort Lee, NJ) -- Interactive Information Expo (I**2), the first worldclass
show and conference devoted to interactive computing and media, has been
announced for December 6-8. 1994. at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in
New York. The show will be produced and managed by Bruno Blenheim Inc. the
American IT arm of Blenheim Group PLC, the world's largest trade show
management company.

In December, I**2 will utilize an unprecedented 300,000 net square feet of
exhibit space and 195,000 gross square feet for conferences. The Javits
Center was selected by Blenheim for two reasons -- because the New York
region is the worldwide hub of the communications media and entertainment
industries, and because the venue can provide the space required for the
presentation of exhibits by large and small vendors comprising the new
converging industries.

An additional 150,000 gross square feet of space in Javits will contain
Blenheim's DB/EXPO, the first New York presentation of the highly
successful database, client/server and information technology exposition
and conference that runs annually in San Francisco, CA. DB/EXPO
complements 12 because it addresses database management disciplines which
are key to interactive computing and networking.

The new I**2 event will offer exhibitors and attendees the use of
Blenheim's exclusive ShowNet system -- the first fully interactive show
network to be presented for the first time on a global scale at I**2. The
network will integrate and demonstrate both the interoperability and
convergence of the various technologies comprising both the interactive
computing and electronic media industries These industries have already
entered the business mainstream, providing solutions in
telecommunications. data processing, networking and multimedia
applications.

Interactive technology will continue to have an unprecedented impact on the
functions of telecommunications. computing, networking and video, cable
and broadcasting transmission. Many applications -- from financial trading
to desktop publishing to "long-distance learning" and "infotainment" --
will continue to be affected not only by enhancements in delivery quality
and quantity, but also by rapid market growth for the new products on a
worldwide basis.

"The concept behind I**2 is that interactive business-solution products are
already on the market and the enabling technology for information delivery
-data, video and audio -- is already with us," said Ralph Ianuzzi, Sr.,
show director of 12. "It's time for a major international show and
conference to present to corporate buyers the incredible achievements that
make interactive computing and media information content and distribution
possible," he said.

Mr. Ianuzzi also reported that I**2 has been in development by Bruno
Blenheim for the past 12 months. and that supporting industry business
alliances have already been forged for the event.

"We are Going forward with I**2 based on strong commitments from several
trade magazines. top vendors and associations who are now preparing
programs for participation as exhibitors and sponsors of special
demonstration theaters presenting various forms of interactive
technology," said Mr. Ianuzzi. "All of the latest technologies will be
internationally showcased in real time, along with selected seminars and
tutorials that will be broadcast to an ancillary electronic audience of
several hundred thousand people around the world. We expect it to be
nothing short of stunning as a demonstration of the interactive business
solutions that are readily available and soon to arrive by showtime."

I**2 in December will be previewed in a special two-day conference on June
29 and 30, 1994, during the 12th Annual PC EXPO in New York at the Javits
Convention Center. This special preview, which will be known as the 12
Advance Conference, will be comprised of introductory and advanced level
tutorials and seminars, as well as demonstrations of 12 technologies by
leading vendors. The mission of the Advance Conference is to prepare
buyers with an understanding of interactive technology and how it affects
the development of business solutions.
