Lotus Announces Lotusphere '95

Worldwide Technical and Business Conference Scheduled for January 22-26,
1995 at Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, FL

NEW YORK, June 28, 1994 -- Lotus Development Corp. today announced that it
will host Lotusphere '95, its second annual worldwide technical and
business conference, from January 22-26, 1995, at the Walt Disney World
Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Lotusphere '95 will attract thousands
of Lotus customers, including IS Managers, LAN Administrators and Business
Managers, as well as Lotus Business Partners, including Professional
Developers, Service Providers and Lotus Authorized Education Centers
(LAECs). It is an open forum to share information and exchange ideas
through interactive sessions on topics ranging from multimedia tools to
API-level development. The conference will showcase "hands-on" in-depth
tutorials and case studies of actual business implementations of Lotus
Notes, cc:Mail and other Lotus products across a variety of industries.
Last year's conference drew more than 2,000 Lotus customers, Lotus
Business Partners, and commercial and corporate software developers.

Lotusphere '95 has been expanded to encompass all of Lotus' products
including Notes, cc:Mail and SmartSuite, as well as the individual desktop
products. Additionally, Lotusphere '95 now will incorporate Interchange,
the annual cc:Mail user conference, allowing cc:Mail customers to benefit
by sharing their experiences with other Lotus customers. Attendees can set
their own agendas through more than 120 sessions.
