New Matrix Menu Faster Than a Speeding Mouse

New York. June 28. 1994. The new Matrix Menu introduced this week at PC
Expo's Amrel laptop exhibit in New York lets even beginners move
immediately to any step or command in a program without pulling down
menus, sliding arrows or clicking with a mouse.

The Matrix Menu uses labeled boxes and connecting lines like those on a
corporate organization chart to show on a single screen all steps for an
entire program. Each box represents one step or command, and each box's
label has a highlighted letter, which jumps the user to that step.

The most obvious advantage of the Matrix Menu is speed. All choices are
visible on a single screen, and a single key activates each command or
step. This is much faster than pulling down menus, sliding arrows and
clicking with a mouse. Time is also saved because there is no need to
search through several pull down menus to find a command. All choices are
visible on a single screen.

A second major advantage of the Matrix Menu is its intuitive explanation of
relationships between parts of a program. Nobody needs help to understand
a corporate organization chart, and nobody needs help to understand a
Matrix Menu. One glance at a Matrix Menu and you find the command you
want, and also intuitively understand how that command fits into the total
program. Matrix Menu users effortlessly learn and use all features of a
program, rather than sticking with a few basic commands.

The Matrix Menu was introduced at this year's PC Expo by Sell-Fast, a new
genre of software which teaches, coaches and prompts users in selling
techniques. Sell-Fast capitalizes on both the speed and organizational
strengths of the Matrix Menu. The Matrix Menu's speed is important because
part of Sell-Fast prompts users while on the telephone, and slower menus
would interfere with the flow of conversation. The Matrix Menu's
organizational chart explains Sell-Fast's entire Selling Process on a
single screen. With the Matrix Menu, even Sell-Fast users with little or
no sales training intuitively understand all steps in The Selling Process,
and jump immediately to any technique they need.

The Matrix Menu is a natural for any program which must present a
complicated process in a simple, intuitive manner or where menu speed is
important. Licensing for use of the Matrix Menu is available by contacting
Sell Fast, Inc. of Newport Beach, California, (800) 772-1172.
