NetSoft's DynaComm/Elite Selected as One of "10 Network Products You Can't
Live Without" by the Editors of Network Computing Magazine.

LAGUNA HILLS, CA, April 6, 1994--PC-to-host connectivity supplier NetSoft
announced today that its DynaComm/Elite communications software was
selected by the editors of Network Computing Magazine as one of the "10
Network Products You Can't Live Without". DynaComm/Elite is a powerful
3270 communications emulator that runs under Microsoft Windows or Windows
NT.

The NetSoft selection was featured in the cover story of Network
Computing's April 1, 1994 issue. Other products selected by the editors
through in-depth, hands-on evaluations included IBM's ThinkPad 750C laptop
computer, Microsoft's Windows for Workgroups software, Hewlett-Packard's
LaserJet 4Si laser printer, and Apple Computer's Apple Remote Access (ARA)
software.

"We are very honored to be selected as a top ten product by this
prestigious publication," said Raymond Chan, NetSoft's vice president of
business development. "DynaComm/Elite is our flagship product for
Windows-to-mainframe connectivity, and we are proud to be in the company
of IBM, Microsoft, HP and Apple."

DynaComm/Elite is the first PC-to-mainframe software to provide concurrent
3270 and LU6.2/APPC host communications through a single SNA Physical Unit
(PU). In addition, it was the first to ship for Microsoft's new 32-bit
Windows NT operating system. The 32-bit version of DynaComm/Elite builds
upon the established success of NetSoft's 16-bit version which has been on
the market since 1991.

"I used to clench my teeth when working with clunky 3270 emulation
programs," said Bruce Boardman, Network Computing's associate technology
editor. "DynaComm/Elite has saved me the drudgery and given me time to do
more important things."

Mr. Boardman labeled DynaComm/Elite a "rapid-fire host access" program with
"quick install, multiple session windows, and keyboard and mouse
recording." He further stated that "I especially like its Dynamic Data
Exchange (DDE) support which allows automatic host updates of Excel
spreadsheets."
