NetSoft to Demonstrate New Connectivity Products at PC Expo in New York.

NEW YORK, NY, June 28, 1994 -- NetSoft, a global supplier of PC-to-host
communications software solutions, will be exhibiting several new
connectivity products in booth #3078 at today's PC Expo trade show.
Product demonstrations will include new versions of the company's NS/3270
and DynaComm/Elite software for Windows-to-mainframe communications, as
well as the recently-introduced NS/Midrange Client Services family for
Windows-to-AS/400 access.

"We look forward to showing our new and enhanced software solutions
designed for PC users who require easy, efficient access to corporate
information stored on mainframe computers and AS/400 midrange systems,"
said Russ Herkberg, NetSoft's director of product marketing.

PC-to-Mainframe

NS/3270 is NetSoft's easy-to-use 3270 client software for Windows and
Windows NT. Version 2.1 now offers a native TCP/IP connection through
Novell's NetWare for SM and Microsoft's SNA Server for Windows NT, while
also supporting TN3270 communications for TCP/IP installations running
Telnet. At $95, NS/3270 features two 3270 sessions, file transfer, printer
support and an EHLLAPI interface.

DynaComm/Elite is the company's multisession Windows-to-mainframe product,
and is the first to supports concurrent 3270 and LU6.2/APPC communications
through a single SNA Physical Unit (PU). Like the new version of NS/3270,
DynaComm/Elite supports native TCP/IP connectivity through NetWare for SAA
and SNA Server for Windows NT, as well as TN3270 connectivity. At $395,
DynaComm/Elite supports five 3270 sessions, multiple APPC sessions,
intelligent copy and paste, QuickStart, macro recording and other advanced
features.

In addition to TCP/IP connectivity, both software products support NetBIOS,
IPX/SPX, 802.2, Coax and SDLC connections.

PC-to-Midrange

NetSoft will also be demonstrating its state-of-the-art NS/Midrange Client
Services family for AS/400 connectivity. The product family features
NS/Router, the first and only native Windows replacement for IBM's PC
Support/400 Terminate and Stay Resident (TSR) router, a complicated DOS
program that occupies a substantial amount of memory.

Other family members include Elite/400, an advanced 5250 display and
printer emulator; NS/Folders, providing the first native Windows support
for AS/400 Shared Folders; NS/Transfer, a high-performance SQL data
transfer product; and NS/Commander CL, providing AS/400 remote-control
capabilities through the first native Windows support for the AS/400
Submit Remote Command facility.

Elite/400 and NS/Folders are each priced at $195. NS/Commander CL and
NS/Transfer are each priced at $145. NS/Router, included as an integral
part of Elite/400, is also available separately at $95. NS/Router is
required to run the other products in NS/Midrange Client Services.
NS/Midrange Bundle combines all of the products for only $375.
