RIGHTFAX ANNOUNCES FAX SOFTWARE-HARDWARE BUNDLING AGREEMENT WITH GAMMALINK,
MERISEL

Agreement Between Fax Industry Leaders and Prominent National Distributor
Provides Complete Computer-Based Fax Solution

TUCSON, Ariz. (6/13/94)-- RightFAX, Tucson, Ariz., a leading player in the
computer-based fax (CBF) industry, announces a hardware/software bundling
agreement with GammaLink, Sunnyvale, Calif., which combines technology
strength with the national distribution clout of Merisel, El Segundo,
Calif. Through the agreement, GammaLink's industry-leading CPi and CP4/LSI
fax boards will be paired with RightFAX's advanced RightFAX 3.5 fax server
software, providing Merisel customers with a one-stop CBF solution. The
hardware/software bundle will be marketed exclusively through Merisel with
availability throughout the United States.

RightFAX 3.5 fax server software is a cutting-edge solution for
cost-effective and reliable fax communications over Novell NetWare,
Microsoft LAN Manager and IBM LAN Server-based networks. It was the first
fax server product to provide support for binary file transfer, which
allows complete files to be sent via fax in editable format, and features
the full range of auto-routing technologies for inbound faxes. Through the
multitasking capabilities of RightFAX 3.5, fax communications can run
simultaneously with other functions without overloading the network and
allow Windows, DOS and OS/2 clients to benefit from the same fax
capabilities concurrently.

"This agreement with GammaLink and Merisel has obvious benefits for our
industry," said Bradley Feder, president of RightFAX. "The combination of
leading CBF hardware and software in a single solution and the widespread
channel strength of a company like Merisel will help meet the demands of
an increasing market segment and provide customers with proven technology
that has the ability to grow with growing needs."

GammaLink, the originator of CBF technology, develops advanced CBF
platforms for a variety of applications. The GammaLink single-line CPi fax
board is targeted at workgroup and enterprise applications and is designed
to allow up to 16 CPi boards to be integrated in a single PC fax server
chassis. Providing the industry's fastest transmission rate of 14.4
kilobits-per-second (kbps), the CPi is ideal for LAN fax and voice/fax
applications. The next generation GammaFax multi-line CP4/LSI fax board,
designed for high-volume LAN fax and service bureau applications, provides
easy upgrade capabilities and flexible fax system design with its "mix &
match" compatibility to GammaLink single-line boards. The CP4/LSI allows
direct board-to-phone line connectivity and simplified system integration
through four on-board Loop Start Interfaces (LSIs) that maximize available
PC server chassis space and minimize system hardware costs.

"We recognize the power and flexibility that RightFAX can bring to the
table, as well as its ability to work seamlessly with GammaLink products,"
said John Taylor, vice-president of engineering at GammaLink. "It is
certainly among the most competitive and feature-rich offerings in the fax
server arena and an ideal package to support the strengths of our
hardware."

Two bundled software-hardware products will be available. The GammaLink CPi
fax board will be bundled with the single-channel RightFAX 3.5 with a
suggested retail price of $1,895. The CP4/LSI board will be bundled with
RightFAX 3.5 licensed for four channels, and the package will be priced at
$5,980. Regular pricing for the single-channel entry-level RightFAX 3.5
software is $995, and with four channel licensing is $2,985. The GammaLink
CPi and CP4/LSI are regularly priced at $895 and $2,995.
