TRT I/Fax Plus Now Offers Fax-On-Demand Functionality to SofNet FaxWorks
Pro Server Users

Atlanta, Georgia -- June 20, 1994 -- SofNet, Inc. and Telephone Response
Technologies, Inc. (TRT) today announced that TRT is shipping l/Fax Plus,
a Windows-based Fax-On-Demand upgrade kit for SofNet's FaxWorks Pro Server
users.

FaxWorks Pro Server is an enterprise-wide client/server fax software
solution ideal for large and small Novell networks. FaxWorks Pro Server
features two award-winning products; FaxWorks Pro's Windows client
interface with Optus Software's FACSys fax server technology. The product
offers extensive fax server capabilities including multiline phone
support, four different inbound and outbound routing options and E-Mail
integration (cc:Mail, Microsoft Mail or any MHS application).

I/Fax Plus requires no prior knowledge of interactive voice response
functionality and contains the following:

* I/Fax Manager -- Windows system administration software
* I/Fax Commander -- Workstation document request software
* Dialogic Interface Card -- Multi-line voice and telephone
  functionality
* Pre-recorded Speech Prompts

By combining I/Fax Plus with FaxWorks Pro Server, telephone callers can
have information faxed to them simply by typing document numbers on the
touch-tone keypads of their phones. This enables organizations to provide
prospects and customers with instant access to data sheets, brochures and
service information for example.

"The TRT upgrade kit represents a landmark alliance between the most
powerful client-server voice and fax processing products on the market,"
said Chris Bajorek, president of TRT. "Our cooperative efforts with SofNet

capabilities. FaxWorks Pro Server is a prefect companion to I/fax Plus
because it adds complete document creation, management, and integrated
delivery features to our package," he added.

"When FaxWorks Pro Server is used with I/Fax Plus, LAN users will have a
superior network fax and high volume Fax-On-Demand system that is fully
integrated," said Harland LaVigne, president and CEO of SofNet. "This is
quite an exciting combination because each product has won numerous
industry awards."

FaxWorks Pro Server has a retail price of $1499 (100-Users), $2995
(250-Users) and $4995 (500-Users). SofNet products are shipped with full
