Wynd Communications Unveils Integrated Wireless Service

WyndMAIL Messaging and Information Service Uses RAM Mobile Data's
Nationwide Networks

NEW YORK, NY -- June 28, 1994 -- Wynd Communications announced WyndMAIL --
a wireless messaging and information service that will combine two-way
messaging with value-added capabilities such as a link with Dow Jones'
Mobile News service, paging, tax and user-controlled mail forwarding
options -- at PC Expo here today. Wynd is in the final stages of
negotiating a contract with RAM Mobile Data to offer WyndMAlL exclusively
with RAM's wireless data communications service.

Flexible Features

WyndMAIL wireless users will be able to communicate virtually anytime and
anyplace with users of the Internet, Compuserve, America Online, and AT&T
Mail using RAM's wireless service. For convenience, WyndMAlL will enable
subscribers to dynamically forward messages back to their offices via the
Internet. This unique feature enables mobile users to maintain a single
mailbox whether they are on the road or in the office.

Since it is often more critical for mobile users to stay up-to-date on the
latest news, WyndMAlL will provide the Dow Jones Mobile News service. Dow
Jones proactively delivers stories to WyndMAIL users based on their unique
news profile. The basic service allows subscribers to receive news on up
to five different topics.

WyndMAIL's value-added communications capabilities include the ability to
compose and send faxes anywhere in the world as well as alpha paging
messages throughout the U.S.

"Mobile users need a variety of communications services at their disposal,"
says Dan Luis, general manager at Wynd. "We've uniquely integrated the
leading communications tools into one affordable, easy-to-use wireless
service."

Flexible Solutions From a Winning Team

WyndMAlL users will benefit from RAM Mobile Data's seamless, nationwide,
transparent roaming capability at 170 extra cost. RAM's coverage
encompasses over 6,300 cities and towns in the United States and is based
on the MOBITEX architecture, an international de facto standard used in
many countries.

"We're very pleased that Wynd Communications will be working with RAM on an
exclusive basis," said Peter Mannetti, vice president, wireless messaging
at RAM Mobile Data. "WyndMAlL will offer mobile professionals key
communications services that will increase their responsiveness and
availability when away from their office. Once users experience the
freedom and increased productivity that RAM wireless communications
provides, they will quickly come to depend on it."

WyndMAIL users will access the service from their laptop or palmtop
computers with a wireless modem and access to RAM's wireless service.
WyndMAIL will be accessed from a wide range of portable devices and
operating systems including Windows, DOS, and GEOS. The GEOS WyndMAIL
software will be the first solution that extends two-way wireless
messaging capabilities to PDAs such as the Casio Z7000. Modems supported
include Ericsson/GE Mobidems and Motorola's InfoTac wireless modems.
InfoTac modems will support two-way acknowledgement messaging
applications, another unique feature of WyndMAIL.
