AT&T's COMPUTER UNIT EARLY LEADER IN MIGRATING TO MICROSOFT WINDOWS 95

DAYTON, Ohio, June 8, 1995 -- AT&T Global Information Solutions announced
today that it is has already begun its migration to Microsoft's soon-to-be
released Windows 95 operating system. By beginning its internal migration
prior to the general release of Windows 95, AT&T GIS is providing a
large-scale enterprise-oriented test site for the new operating system.

AT&T GIS has already upgraded more than 600 users to the pre-release
version of Windows 95 throughout its headquarters and other selected
company locations. It plans to install Windows 95 on up to an additional
1,500 PCs by the end of August.

"We are glad to be working so closely with Microsoft as we install Windows
95 in our real-world environment," said Rob Howe, AT&T GIS vice president,
Worldwide PC Marketing. "This project provides AT&T GIS industry
leadership in understanding -- and helping our customers understand -- the
power of this new operating system."

Windows 95 is designed to provide a diverse base of PC users with an
operating system that will be cost-effective, improve productivity and be
easy to use. AT&T GIS is moving to Windows 95 because it will help reduce
overall cost of PC ownership and give its users a more powerful and
productive computing environment.
