OnTime Enterprise Macintosh Client Showing at PC Expo

New York, NY, June 19, 1995 - Campbell Services is demonstrating its new
OnTime Enterprise Macintosh client this week at PC Expo, and expects to
ship the product at the end of June. The Macintosh client, together with
mobile user support through OnTime Remote for Notes (which is also showing
at PC Expo), will help achieve 100% usage of OnTime across the
enterprise.

Marshall Harding, the Data Network Specialist at West Virginia University's
Telecommunications and Networking Dept. says, "We are standardizing on
OnTime because we like the product, and now it offers effective
cross-platform group scheduling campus-wide for over 4,000 users. We
couldn't afford to leave 30% of these users out of the scheduling picture
just because they are on a Macintosh platform."

OnTime Enterprise, which supports Windows, DOS, and now Macintosh clients,
targets organizations that have identified group scheduling as a mission
critical task. OnTime's client/server architecture enables real time
scheduling that gives users more accurate data, and uses network resources
more efficiently and cost-effectively, than E-mail based schedulers.

With this latest addition, user calendars are accessible from Macintosh,
Windows or DOS workstations. Although OnTime's interface has been
completely re-engineered to take advantage of the look and feel of the
Macintosh, OnTime remains a simple to use group scheduling tool. OnTime
Enterprise's distributed, non-replicated database enables users on any
server on an enterprise network to get the most current and accurate
calendar information. This holds true whether the servers are local or
scattered around the world.

OnTime's greater reliability results from: 1) Real Time access - users
scheduling meetings immediately get attendees' up-to-date calendars; 2)
Real Time notification - as soon as users enter meeting requests, OnTime
notifies attendees, and updates their calendars; and 3) Real Time response
- meeting originators get immediate responses in their OnTime calendars
when attendees RSVP to meeting requests.

The new OnTime client interface sports a Mac look and feel, and includes
updated dialogues and some of the changes announced for OnTime version
3.0. Macintosh users will be able to take advantage of the basic OnTime
calendar and group scheduling functions, including conflict checking,
multi-user grids, RSVP and keyword search. This product also features a
new print engine which includes a variety of new customizable printouts.
Later versions of the Macintosh client will include calendar
reconciliation, import/export, and E-mail notification.

"We have always been aware that a serious groupware product offering must
include the Macintosh platform. I'm confident our efforts of this past
year to develop and tailor our Mac client according to our customers'
requests and feedback will pay off quickly," notes Anik Ganguly, Executive
VP of Enterprise Netware Project. "Group scheduling companies like ours
that serve large enterprises can no longer afford to leave Mac users out
of the group scheduling process," he adds.

OnTime Enterprise Macintosh client requires users to have access to a
NetWare server, a Macintosh computer running System 7, a 68020 or better
processor, and 4MB of memory. At the server level, OnTime runs on Novell
Netware v3.1 and 4.x, requiring 1MB system memory, 1MB of disk space for
service executables, a minimum of 256K of disk space per user for client
data, and a Btrieve NLM v6. 1A or higher.

OnTime Enterprise Macintosh client is sold direct by Campbell Services'
sales representatives. Pricing is the same as the other OnTime Enterprise
clients, which currently ranges from $56/user for 100 users to $40/user
for 5,000 users. Campbell Services offers maintenance agreements which
cover technical support and upgrades.
