TDS/CompLink Announces WorldLink Exchange for Lotus Notes

New York, NY - June 20, 1995 -- TDS/CompLink, today announced WorldLink
Exchange for Lotus Notes, a new module of the WorldLink suite of
communications middleware products. The new module enables remote and
mobile users of Lotus Notes to replicate Lotus Notes data and mail in the
same phone call with other WorldLink-managed communications tasks such as
electronic software distribution, synchronization of remote databases with
legacy system databases, e-mail integration, and transaction processing.

"The incorporation of Lotus Notes data replication into WorldLink's one
call communications infrastructure is a significant functional
breakthrough for providers of sales automation solutions." says Tony
DeFrances, President of TDS/CompLink. "This saves valuable time by
allowing sales reps to get all their sales information with a single phone
call."

"WorldLink Exchange for Lotus Notes enhances Notes inherent support for
mobile users and provides another solution to using Lotus Notes with
existing sales automation and electronic commerce applications," said Jeff
Papows, vice president, Communications Business Group, Lotus Development
Corporation. "TDS/CompLink's new product is evidence of how our Business
Partners are adding value to the Notes infrastructure."

As an introductory promotion, CompLink is offering WorldLink Exchange for
Lotus Notes to customers at no charge when they implement WorldLink
Exchange for Lotus Notes with two other WorldLink modules before September
