FrameMaker, Release 5 Optimized for Power Mac 9500 Platform

SAN JOSE, CA--June 19, 1995--Frame Technology Corporation today announced
FrameMaker, Release 5, the next generation of its popular document
authoring software, is now available for the new Power Macintosh 9500.
FrameMaker, Release 5's powerful new feature set, combined with the
enhanced Power PC 604 processor will provide publishing professionals with
significant performance gains.

"Many publishing professionals work exclusively on Macintosh platforms and
have turned to the new Power PC environment for additional computing power
and capabilities," said Steve Sherman, vice president of engineering at
Frame Technology. "Frame's direction is to provide platform specific
solutions for key environments our users choose to work on. The Power Mac
platform represents our most recent effort to satisfy our customer base."

FrameMaker, Release 5's new features add more flexibility, power, and
ease-of-use in several key categories including authoring efficiency,
compound document support, cross-platform architecture, and online
publishing capabilities.

FrameMaker software combines word processing, page layout, graphics,
equations, tables and book-building tools for creating a wide range of
publications, from books and technical manuals to reports, newsletters and
presentations.

Pricing

U.S. and International English versions of FrameMaker, Release 5 are now
available on Macintosh, Power Macintosh, Sun OS, Sun Solaris, HP-UX and
Windows computing platforms. The product will be sold by Frame and its
worldwide authorized dealers, value-added reseller, and distributors.

FrameMaker pricing is unchanged for the new releases. FrameMaker, Release 5
for the Macintosh, PowerMacintosh and Windows platforms is $895. UNIX
personal licenses are $1,495 and floating multi-user licenses are $2,595.
